Cookie Notice

Ideanote uses certain monitoring and tracking technologies, such as cookies, beacons, pixels, tags, and scripts (collectively, “Cookies”). These technologies are used in order to provide, maintain, and improve our website and platform (the “Services”), to optimize our offerings and marketing activities, and to provide our visitors, customers and users (“you”) with a better experience (for example, in order to track users’ preferences, to better secure our Services, to identify technical issues, and to monitor and improve the overall performance of our Services).

This Cookie Notice describes the types of cookies and similar tracking technologies we use on our services via our websites and apps, how we use them, and what your choices are for controlling cookies.

Introduction

Like most online services, We use cookies to keep Ideanote running smoothly. Cookies are very small text files that are stored on Your computer when You visit some websites. We use cookies to help identify Your computer so We can tailor Your experience and remember where You are in the process. We use cookies both in Our webapp (e.g. https://app.ideanote.io and all other subdomains) and Our main website (https://ideanote.io and its pages). A cookie does not contain Your name or other personal information but We may use the information gained through cookies with personally identifiable information to gain a better understanding of the use of Our Service.

Your Choices

You can manage website cookies in your browser settings, and you always have the choice to change these settings by accepting, rejecting, or deleting cookies. You should be aware that you may not be able to use all our features if you set your browser to disable cookies entirely. If you use different computers in different locations you will need to ensure that each browser is adjusted to suit your preferences.

If you are primarily concerned about third-party Cookies generated by advertisers, and you live in the USA, Canada or Europe, you can also opt out from the collection of your data by our advertising partners who participate in the Digital Advertising Alliance.

Opt-out by visiting:http://www.aboutads.info/choices (for U.S. users)https://youradchoices.ca/en/tools (for Canadian users)https://www.youronlinechoices.eu/ (for European users)In addition, on your mobile device (e.g., iPhone, iPad or Android), you can change your device settings to control whether you see online interest-based ads.

Some web browsers may transmit “Do Not Track” signals to websites with which the browser communicates, telling the website not to follow its online movements. Because of differences in how web browsers interpret this feature and send those signals, and lack of standardization, it is not alwaysclear whether visitors and users intend for these signals to be transmitted or whether they are even aware of them. Therefore, as many other reputable websites and online platform, we currently do not respond to such “Do Not Track” signals.

Types of Cookies

We use four categories of cookies, strictly necessary, performance, functional and marketing. Only the last three categories listed require user consent. For strictly necessary cookies, user consent is not required as these cookies provide complete and continuous display of the content of the website so that you can access the website and receive an appropriate digital browsing and online experience.
